Today's guest is Jacqueline Hurst. She is the UK’s leading Life Coach, GQ Magazine’s resident coach and columnist, a teacher and a speaker.
She has worked with over 8,000 clients worldwide over nearly two decades. She's also a Certified Life Coach, Master NLP Practitioner and a Certified Health and Weight Coach.
Jacqueline's recent book, How to Do You, became a no.1 Amazon bestseller. The book is best described as a “manual for life," and the title immediately caught my attention because of how mind boggling (yet true) it is that we have trouble being "ourselves". It's clear that life has a learning curve, and in fact, most of us don't even know how to think properly.
Let's ask ourselves: does it feel good when people like the person you're pretending to be? Why do we need to keep being reminded to be ourselves? What determines our worth?
