Today's guest is perhaps the calmest person I know : my dear friend, Alice Law. That calmness has been hard-won.

Alice is a Stress Management and Holistic Performance Coach; Energy and Intuitive Mindfulness Practitioner; speaker; and host of the Lawali Life Podcast. She teaches individuals, overwhelmed executives, entrepreneurs, and corporations how to strip away stress and guide them back to balance so they can feel calm, focused, and successful in all areas of their life and work. 

Alice is the founder of the Lawali Life Calm Collective, an accessible online monthly membership that she created to guide women on how to connect more deeply to the calmness of the their mind so they can make room for the voice of their intuition. Her main mission is to help people live as free from stress and anxiety as possible. Alice is well wise beyond her years, and the two parts this conversation will surely inspire you to rid your life of stress.
