Today’s guest is Poppy Jamie, entrepreneur, influencer, and rising star in the mental health and mindfulness space. Poppy is on a mission to empower people to look after their minds and make their thoughts more flexible through easy tools and methods.
 
Poppy is the founder of the globally popular mental wellbeing app, Happy Not Perfect, that particularly focusing on teachers, parents and students. She is also the host of the Not Perfect Podcast, one of the top 10 mental health podcasts in the UK.

While developing Happy Not Perfect, Poppy also co-founded the fashion accessories brand Pop & Suki with actress Suki Waterhouse. The company’s mission, along with selling bags, is to celebrate friendship and women working together.

Poppy's new book, Happy Not Perfect: Upgrade Your Mind, Challenge Your Thoughts and Free Yourself From Anxiety shares her personal battle with perfectionism and other mental health related issues and the tools that helped transform her.
